Just a quick note to wish everyone a lovely
Bank Holiday!  Dedicated as we are in
the office, the glorious sunshine has been tempting us outside for the past few
days, and who are we to disappoint??

We’ll be back in the office on Tuesday,
ready to rock’n’roll following much eating of hot cross buns, Simnel cakes,
roast lamb, and hopefully a choccy egg or two…

Now generally, we do just nip down to Tesco’s
for a tasty treat, but for the keen bakers out there, here’s a link to a hot
cross bun recipe, which looks pretty awesome. Yum yum!
