So the gauntlet is being thrown down. While those who work in the Quest office are pretty unstoppable out on expedition overseas, the proximity of Tescos jam donuts and the desk bound existence of the UK can bring about a bit of a spare tyre at times. Starting here though, the challenge has been set to do a different physical challenge every month, sometimes for charity, sometimes just for the hell of it, to make sure we don’t get shown up by our volunteers abroad!

This month Sarah and Heather took on the Seven Sisters near Eastbourne on a 20 mile “stroll” for Joshua Orphan Care, and I decided to tackle the Hever Castle Triathlon last weekend in the Kent countryside – who says the south east is flat?!!! Check back to see what October brings.
