During Swaziland’s Premier Football League annual meeting held yesterday it was agreed that disciplinary fines would increase by 60%.  Teams in outcry have claimed this is not the solution and it will not stomp out violence in the game, and instead it will see suspension of players as teams fail to meet fines laid out by the Premier League of Swaziland (PLS).

The Mbabane Swallows will try and defend their 2008-09 title after a narrow 2 point margin over the Royal Leopards.
